Membership in our In-House Dental Benefits Plan is available to all patients. After payment of an annual fee, members will receive the following:
2 Regular Dental Check-Ups:
- Exam
- Digital X-Rays (if necessary)
- Dental Cleaning
- Oral Cancer Screening Oral Hygiene Instruction
- TMJ Screening Periodontal Evaluation
20% Discount Off Our Usual and Customary Fee:
A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures displaying the regular fee and the discounted rate.

*Basic Services: Restorative (fillings), Periodontics (soft tissue/gums), Endodontics (root canals), Oral Surgery (extractions).
**Major Service: Prosthetics (crowns, bridges, implant crowns, removable appliances).
Prices: Adult: $399 a year/ $39 a month (or divided into two payments of $199.50)
Dependent: $199 a year
**2nd year adult renewal fee will be $299 a year/ $29 a month
